Instructions for .Mac iDisk
Clients may arrange to send and receive files to Designforge’s .Mac iDisk Public Folder (web based file storage). This may be done with the Finder (Macintosh), or with a special utility (PC). Alternatively clients may utilise a web-browser. The access is somewhat limited via web-browser—uploading or downloading only one file at a time, not a folder full of files.
Before initiating an iDisk transfer, please ensure you have notified Designforge and received a positive reply. Please note that unlike the FTP facilities provided, all Designforge clients with the iDisk Public Folder password will have full access to any files and folders present. Do NOT send email to this account, as it will not be read.
Note: My Public folder is password protected. To request the password please contact Designforge. Click to view the Email Requests Form.
Clicking a link will scroll the page to the relevant heading.
